  • Shipping to my country is delayed/not available, but I would like to place an order, what now?

You can leave a note in your order stating that you don't mind waiting until shipping is available to your country. I will also get in touch with you if I have not been contacted prior by you and notice that shipping to your country is not possible.

All orders are final, a cancellation is not possible.

 

  • How does local pick-up work? 

Local pick up is only possible for people located in Berlin, Germany! You'd have to be comfortable meeting up in public for a drop-off. Please make sure to leave a working phone number or contact details in the check-out comment. 

Preferred meet-up locations are Mitte, Wedding or Reinickendorf. We can also try to meet halfway somewhere. 

If you have pre-order items in your shopping cart, I will reach out to you once the items have arrived and are ready to be picked up. 

Once I reach out to you, you have 30 days time to reply to me to set a time, date and location. Should I not get a reply within 30 days, your orders will be cancelled and refunded. 

If you do not show up to the pick-up time or cancel the meet up within 24h, I will also cancel and refund your order. Please understand that we are still in a pandemic and I work full time. 

 

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All orders are final and cannot be canceled anymore after it has been placed.

I don't accept any return for damaged/missing goods caused by the postal service. Unfortunately, I cannot control how the post office treat the packages, but I will try to pack them as protective as I can.

If items arrive damaged/missing not caused by shipping, e.g. missing or damaged enamel pin back, please contact me asap via email: [email protected] with photos, and I'll see if I can replace or partially refund your order.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping within Europe takes about a week to two, international orders even up from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the season and which country. Please always check with your local post office about the whereabouts of your order and request an investigation.

I will not take any responsibility for packages lost or delayed by postal services.

Please also check beforehand whether there are pre-order items in your order or not. Should your order include pre-order items, I will ship everything together with the pre-order items.

 

  • What are your shipping prices?

Germany - 5.00 EUR (no tracking available)

EU countries - 7.00 EUR

EU countries with tracking - 10.00 EUR

Rest of the world - 12.00 EUR

Rest of the world with tracking - 16.00 EUR

 

  • How often do you ship out orders?

I will try to make a run to the post office once a week. I work full - time, so delays may happen. Thank you for understanding!

 

  • What about custom fee?

I always fill out a customs declaration for international orders outside the EU to fasten to custom process. Unfortunately, there is no refund if your order gets charged for custom, the buyer has to cover it by themselves.
